Some wanted to bid the ♣ suit first. It is a much better suit AND you get to bid at the 2 level and tell Partner you have at least 10 High Card Points.
Doesn't work that way. Now you never get a chance to show Partner you have FIVE ♥.
With two five card suits bid the HIGHER RANKING suit first. Always. In this case the ♥ suit.
