How about "Pass"?
Your LHO opened the bidding. They have an opening hand. RHO bid a new suit at the 2 level so they have at least 10 HCP. Your Partner has NOTHING.
If you bid, I would probably choose a "Double" before a 3♣ Overcall. But either bid puts you in 3♣ down two tricks for minus 200. Luckily they didn't "Double" you. If you had simple said "Pass" the Opponents were going to get too high and go down in their contract.
