What to Rebid?

Answer 1:
Partner should have at least 10 HCP (High Card Points) and at least FIVE ♥. This is the one auction that Responder needs a five card suit to respond.

Answer 2:
You have a fit with Partner's ♥. You can now count shortness since you are Dummy. Give yourself 3 points for the singleton ♦ and 1 point for the doubleton ♣. Now you are up to 15 points. Partner has at least 10 HCP. Bid game (4 ♥). Don't wimp out and bid 3 only ♥ because you opened light. Partner can "PASS" 3♥!

Even more importantly do NOT PASS 2♥ because you opened light!!! 2♥ is a FORCING bid.
