Just "Pass".
I know. YOU were going to bid 1♠. But now the opponents did. You can no longer bid 1♠. You also don't want to bid 2♠. Sure your trump are better than their trump but guess what? If you "Pass" you might get to DEFEND against 1♠! If you thought you could get eight tricks with ♠ being trump then the opponents won't do so well.
When you have the opponents suit you just want to stay out of the auction.
