After your 1♠ bid Partner jumps to 2NT. Now what will you do?

First of all what does Partner show for their bid?

Partner should have a balanced hand with 18 or 19 HCP. Knowing that what do you bid?

You can bid 4♠. You should have enough for game with your distribution knowing that Partner has at least two ♠. Partner might even have three. I know you don't have very many points but remember -- Partner does!
