How about 2NT?
You have a balanced hand with 16 HCP (High Card Points). You also have a ♠ stopper. Making a 2NT overcall over an Opponent's weak 2 bid shows the values for a 1NT opener. (Obviously you couldn't overcall 1NT because your RHO bid at the 2 level.)
If you overcalled 2NT Partner will put you into 3NT and you will make -- 10 tricks are available in NT.
